PAN Card Status

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Raja, I need to bring the below issue to you.

I have applied for PAN Card on Jul'07, then i got my PAN Number (ALCPR8819F). But i did not receive PAN Card. So again i went to UTITSL chennai and applied for PAN Card for the same PAN number. Then i got one letter saying that my father name mismatched B/W NCC data and Application data. So again Third time i went to UTITSL Chennai and i have applied for Card. But i did not received Yet. So again last week 18th Sep'08 i went to UTITSL chennai to ask about my PAN status, They told me to produce a letter, so i have given one letter saying all these information.

I am in a trouble to get my PAN Card status. Kindly Provide me the status of my PAN Card.
