Telephone is not working

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Raj Kumar Sharma, a resident of 22-B, Radhey shyam Park, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP, am a coustomer of BSNL since 2000. My phone (No. 0120-2634191) is not working since last one month. I filed compalint in all possible ways. Although I was given a complaint refrence No.169, but no action was taken and the phone is still in the non functional condition. Kindly look in to the matter and direct the concerned person to take neccessory action as soon as possible.
