My wife Vasanthi V was supposed to receive a parcel from Birla Sunlife Insurance from Chennai, which was couriered to us by Expressit.in. They claim that it has been delivered to us and have given false delivery report, whereas we have not received the same here. We have been asking for copy of delivery report which they (Expressit.in) are not providing us. How do we know if they really have delivered it.
