Login problem

I forgot my password for login. I gave this complaint to our branch. I also gave complaint at online -Trouble logine before 10-12 days. It gave a referance no.also. It shows that I will get new password after 7 days by courier. But still today I have not got any thing. That's why I can't able to use it online. So please help me for it. Or another solution is - I can open a saving account in another bank.
