Delay of delivery

Dear Sir,

WE are staying at Madambakkam guduvancherry. I booked the gas personally with Pattamal gas agency. They informed that it will come after 10 days. 15 days over gas not come then i enquriyed over phone they informed they have sent. Then i enquired with Ramesh gas supplier he said you ask suresh. I called suresh over phone while explaining he disconeected the call (his number9941021507) then he did nto pick up the call. I tried whole day. after 20 days only i received cylinder. I personally went to Pattammal gas and infomed this to his owner. but no response; I think atleast suresh is better since he disconnected call. So please take action immediately against pattammal gas agency and ask him to give proper supply of gas cylinder.
