Very irresponsible behaviou

Dear Sir,

This is Praveen working as Software Engineer in Pennywise Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. I took one washing machine and DVD player from Digital Shoppy, KPHB, Hyderabad with the help of Bajaj finance. The total amount was 10, 000 - 11, 000 (I don't remember the exact figure). I purchased the goods in December - 2007.

I made a down payment of 4, 000 and I was asked to pay Rs. 908/- on a monthly basis. I gave three checques for the initial installments. Later on, they used to withdraw the amount from my account.

All went fine till June - 2008. In the month of the august. one of the member from Bajaj Finance called me saying that my checque was bounced. I said that I gave checques for only first three months. Then, they said that it might be due to a technical problem and will send one person to collect the last installment.

I said OK and asked the person to come and collect the money. I gave him Rs. 650/- .But on the next day, when I checked for the amount in my account, I found Rs. 908/- is being deducted. When I called the people, they said they would require one bank statement of the last month (August- 2008). I asked them to come and collect the bank statement.

From that time to till date, I kept on calling them everyday. They are not at all attending my calls when I tried to call them.

The amount 908 or 650 may be very less for them. But about the quality of service?

Very irresponsible behaviour!!!

Kindly look at this complaint and make sure that it gets resolved ASAP.
