PERSONAL ACCOUNT
Wrongly debited my A/c. for Rs. 15000

In reference to the above subject, I hold the Saving A/c. in your esteemed bank since many years.

- I used my above-stated 16-numbered ATM card to withdraw Rs. 15000/- (Fifteen Thousands Only) in AXIX BANK’s ATM machine situated at Juhu Shopping Center on 03.02. at approximately 1.00 in the noon round about.

- Unfortunately the card didn’t work there and I got the paper message stating that transaction failed. That means I have not withdraw any money through the card that day i.e. 03.02.2009.

- On 05.02. I have received the SMS on my GSM number 9820535228 that Rs. 15000/- (Fifteen Thousands only) had been debited to my A/c. The shocking is I didn’t got the money and it has got debited to my A/c.?

- Immediately on receipt of this SMS I called up at your number 28307777 and booked complain regarding the same. The reference complain number I have allotted is 95741797. At the same time I have assured that the same would be satisfied within 8 (eight) working days.

- On 12.02. I personally visited the Bank premises and had an assurance again that the complain (95741797) is open till 14.02.2009.

- After few hours I received the SMS that “we have initiated a charge back process on paying bank for Rs. 15000 on 12.02.2009. We request you to please wait for 12 days”

- I am going out of Mumbai for couple of days and I authorise my wife Mrs. Aafreen Rehman Shaikh to deal with the matter. She will personally visit the Bank and meet the personnel responsible for this matter.

Kindly look into the matter personally and solve this matter at the earliest by crediting the amount.
