Telephone-bill

Dear Sir, Greetings to you. I am registerd with you to pay my home land line telephone bill via ICICIVBP. Telephone number- 044-26616548. Last more then six month i am receiving following message from your bank:- Insufficiant credit limit to cover the bill amount. Request you to make a payment for Rs.419/- due on 30/09/09. Because of my trust with the bank, i belive the bank will pay my bill, it is not six month. I disconnect once my phone and intrnet connection. Then only i came to know the bank didnot pay my bill amount. My credit limit is available more then 10 times of this amount required. Kindly check my card balance. I lost my confidence, kindly cancell my ICICVBP facilities. Thanking you. Arputharaj.
