Non refund of amount against cancelled e-ticket pnr no.-2528877278

Dear sir,

I booked my e- ticket on 17/11 with pnr number-2528877278 and got it cancelled on the same date 17/11 .I used my my SBI branch account debit card and the transsaction id-0610493274.

but the refund money against my cancellation has not yet been refunded to my account till now. The total charge of the ticket was Rs.598.

kindly look into the matter and report me the status immediately.
