Season Ticket from AVTM are gradually ereased

I took season ticket (Qly) from AVTM before one month. Now the ticket is not dispalying and is automatically ereased. Now ticket collectors are harrasing me each and every time (because nothing is seen in the ticket) I miss my Train. Only Ticket is dispaying (Ticket No. 06513899).

I myself also confused how long my ticket is valid.

Please help.
