Philips/29" tv kit
Product not delivered & dealer not returnig money

Sir,

I am visvadeep, i gave order for a philips television kit to the dealer of this (Bharat Radios, authorised PHILIPS Dealers) shop on 10-01.At the time of receiving order he told that in 2 days you will receive your product at your given address by courier. but till now i could not receive my product. For this order i have paid Rs 3600-/ to this dealer. Now when i asked to this dealer to return my money then he used abusive languages and refused to return my money.
