I had purchase a Flat TV in Philips 29FLAT TV from Reliance Super, VAPI, 29th Oct- 2008 years. The Purchase cost of the TV is Rs.15000.00 and the warranty period of the same is 1Yearfrom date of purchase. After Two day i had certain problems in my TV and since the same was covered under warranty i made a complaint for the Next day. My complaint no is 181779, Reg No-117548. After Few days Philips engineer come in my home and find out this problem and he has told this TV is not repair, But replace this TV. i visited 6 month to go in super store no any person to give me any response to my same complaint. However i spoke to the manager of the store and he assured me that he would look into the same and accepted the TV for Replase. But 6 month have gone and every time i Go to the sop no any person responsible reverts back to any Ans.
