I M an ONGC employee and maintaining a saving bank salary A/C with your bank at at RCF Priyadarshini building EE highway Chembur Mumbai, at this branch at leat 300 to 400 Approx ONGC ian having the salary accounts with your branch. This extra extension counter of your branch frequently deny for even Rs 20000 cash widrawal saying that bank is running short of cash today, how to answer the person to whom i promise for money. this is now third time i m facing the same problem, will the responsible person look into the style of working of the branch and accordingly instruct the apersons working there. advise why shouldn't i open the account in other good bank.
