I m from Panipat

I went in showroom for 4th free service of platina

Now i recieved a call (9050690969) that my shoe brakes are not working, and the charges are 138 for brake shoe and Rs 40 for Labour charge

Let me know whenever if i m getting free service then Why will i pay the labour charge.
