Oadband not working

Sir

i have taken u r sify broadband connection from anjana computers, shop no 9, beside srinivasa tower, patwari enclave hyd 37.on 07-12 with a instalation charge of RS.600 & given monthly fee of RS.350. i used net connection up to dec22, after that net is not working (showing error 108). somany times ringed & complaint, but now itself no action taken.so plz take neccary action aganist them, or give back my loss amount, otherwise i will infom 2 the media peoples & it will be bad remarks 4 u. so plz correct it immediatly
