Changing of spare part

Dear sir

my bajaj discover 135 purchased from popular bajaj, alappuzha (Kerala), Paravur branch, in may my bike's two shock absorb (back wheel) was not in good condition, it was oxidised. I claimed this complaint january they said that "spare parts not in the stock within two weeks they would change that parts", but not done, I followed up many times they did nothing, they always saying the same thing 'within one month within one month'.
