Very worse condition In Jalesar (Pin-207302) Post office

My father is a farmer. He often invests in the KVP fix deposit of Post office to get arrange money for the marriage of my sister. Now marriage have fixed in Nov. And the maturity of KVE is also complete, father is going to post office daily from last 5 days for the payment of KVP and coming back with out payment because Post office officials asking for “Suvidha shulk” to release payment by cash. Our payment amount is Rs.200000/- only and the post office officials asking Rs.1000/- to release this payment.

Kindly do the best to shorted-out this matter, because there is no response by Superintendent of post office and the Distract Magistrate (Etah)
