PartyPoker.com IDENTITY THEFT. LARCENY. LIARS

Partypoker.com fraudulently opened an account in my name at that gambling website and withdrew $500 from my checking account through my debit card and after immediately being notified and provided with proof of my identity promised to refund the money but never did.

on three seperate occassions they said they money was being sent each time denying it had been sent the previous time, even though they told me each time i would receive it in 3 business days. finally 1 month later they admitted they were not refunding the money and would not give an explanation and would not return my calls.

they lied to me stringing me along for 1 month and now when i call they transfer me to multiple lines and put me on hold finally to tell me the person i need to speak to is not available and to call tomorrow.
