Fan blade broken

Dear Sirs.

This is inform to you that we have purchased a Samsung AC - 1.5 ton Window from Hari Om, who is the distributor in Trichy on 24 th April After 3 days we installed the AC, the technician found that Fan blade was broken inside AC, till the Product is not working now since the time of installation, We made a complaint regarding this on 27 th of April

We made several remainders to the samsung call center. But there was no response. We totally

dissatisfied with this particular product hence we don' t want further service since the product is new one. We want a fresh machine (replacement) only at your own cost.
