Refund Cases

I booked the Air Deccan tickets in the month July which were canceled in due time but stiil I am awaiting for the refund. As soon as you press refund menu while calling your call will be put on hold for nearly half an hour than the executive on the pretext of checking your details will again put you on hold. This happened with me 15 times whenever I called up their customer care number. I have promised myself never to travel with this airline and advise others also the same. They just want to ignore the refund cases. India should never allow such type of airlines to operate who are having financial problems.
