Refund of air ticket money

My name is Dr. NITIN KUMAR SINGH. I had booked a Deccan airline ticket from DEHI TO HYDERABAD from Jyoti tours and travels Gulbarga, KARNATAKA with PNR number: DA08193968.The same i have cancelled the ticket on 4th January from Delhi airport and the delhi airport staff told me that i will get the refund of 1780.50 rupees from the point of booking but till today date they have not refunded it. Many a times i have asked jyoti travels for the money but they have told me that air deccan have not refunded it to jyoti travel account. After one year of struggle i had stooped asking for money.
