Ticket amt not reversed fromm last 1 month

Dear sir/madam

here i booked my ticket in your airlines by my sbi credit card

on 27.10.2009 i tried to book my air ticket but due to some problem i haven't got my ticket

and while looking the status i came to know the follwing status

Failed Bookings

BOOKING DATE ORDER NO TOTAL FARE PAY STATUS BOOKING STATUS

27 Oct 3091012134 3373.00 Failed Not Booked

27 Oct 1091012074 3373.00 Payment Settled Booking Failed #

27 Oct 1091012060 3373.00 Settlement Failed Not Booked

while getting the statement of my credut card i came to know that my money is not yet reversed in my account but same is acknowledge by your call centre that it will take 1 week to reverese

here i m requesting you to kindly reverse the amount with the interest which i m paying to my credit card immidiately
