Unwanted deduction of charges

I'm Having problem with my phone, that "I've Airtail Sim Card

with Phone Number -9960160100, I'm getting deduction in My Account Balance Since I'd purchased my SIM Card,

too many times I'd complaint about this problem to 121 which is customer care number for Airtail, Now a days they Had blocked My customer care number "

I'd complaint about my problems but I didn't got any proper response.

I'd a deduction of 55 Rs which is totally not currect.

I got one SMS from 64611050 at 10:39:41am on the date : 15/01 at suddenly I got 55/- Rs deduction in My account

I want to Know This deduction is for what reason?
