I had registered for MIss Call Alert Service over 45 days back. On February 22nd an amount of Rs.15/- was deducted against monthly Miss Call Alert Service. I have called Airtel Customer Care many times, always they say they will look into the problem, but so far nothing has been done. They told me to check from different handset, inspite of checking also I am not getting the MCA Service. I kindly request you to look into this matter. Please let me know the reason for the delay in service. I did not expect such a negligence attitude from such a reputed company like Airtel.
