Free talk value from Airtel to Airtel

Dear sir,

I m a prepaid customer of Airtel since Dec. I m prepaid user of airtel number91- 9936457412 (UP East). I have purchase a set of LG mobile with airtel sim of Rs 2399 on 31st dec 06 under the scheme with 2 year free incoming and Rs 2399 talktime free from Airtel-Airtel local circle with a validity of 2 year. After sometime talktime increases to Rs 4600 and suddenly after a short period of period it became Zero without any prior information. Please look in to matter. I had tried to contact customer care and the retailer but didn't any positive response.
