Non refund of my caution money (Rs. 600)

I took a prepaid connection from Airtel (Chakala Outlet Mumbai) almost two years back and changed the same in to postpaid for which I pais Rs 599 as caution money. After a few months i shifted the same no (9867981854) in to life time prepaid card. When i enquired about the caution money it had been told to me that within 45 days i w'd be getting a cheque for the same amount. But it's almost a year that i have not got the money back. I complained at chakala branch and had been promised of some action but nothing has been done till date. i am surprised that an ITES co. like AIRTEL is failing either on MIS front or does not want to give its customer money back.
