Grandfather clock. Not functioning

I purchsed agrandfather clock made by Ajanta Clocks, Morbi Gujarath with a MRP of Rs. 28, 000/- in Oct from their dealer at Belgaum, Karnataka.
It had a warranty of one year.
within two months it stopped giving hour chimes. The dealer tried to repair twice but to no avail. I have sent many letters during warranty period. No action.
Even after spending such a fabulous amount I end up with a substandard product.
