Almiah Replacement

I have bought a new Wardrobe from Home Town in the end of August. After almost 10 days it was delivered ..on 5 of Sep. After a few more days a fitter came to assemble and then we found that two sheets are in absolute bad condition and need replacement. we lodged a complain in the customer care desk around 15 th of September. Also the fitting was so bad that we were not been able to lock the computer. After several types of reminder the customer care is not responding to this. Please resolve this problem asap.
