Pathetic Customer Care

Dear Sir,

I purchased APC UPS - 800 VA (HI800SQ) on 29th July. Its still under warranty period.

Its been more than 15 days since my Inverter is Down.

I raised the case C1-943222314 on 20th April for routine maintenance and very next day the inverter was indicating false alarm. I updated the same by calling the customer care.

The service engineer came down and checked the inverter and he gave me a receipt for Inverter replacement, He mentioned that my inverter would be replaced very next day.

There was no response for 8 days, Again I called the customer care and they registered a new case C1-954625262 on 28th April for equipment replacement.

Though the issue was already known, Filed engineer came down to check the box and he just gave another receipt for Equipment replacement.

When I called the customer care, they mentioned that the equipment would be replaced next day and service engineers would call me. I have not received any response from Service Engineer's team till date.

I have been constantly calling the customer care to know the status of the case.

At least I would expect the Service engineering team to give me a call and let me know when I would receive the equipment.

Every time I call the customer care, The representative mentions that I would receive a call in next 2-4 hours time.

And I do not get any response.

After calling the customer care umpteen times by taking so much of pain, I get to know that there is no stock for replacement. And I am not sure When I would really get the replacement.

I heard very good comments from various folks regarding APC (United States) but our Indian APC is awful.

I think I made a very big mistake by choosing APC.

Please help me.
