Accident claim

I have takn a policy of accidental benefit from the co. pn 25/02/06 by paying a draft no. 779949 of rs. 2500 for the period of 72 months commencing from 25/02/06.

few months ago i got injured thru motorcycle in the month of june against which i have complained & file the claim paper with the co in bihar but till date no claim is recd as well as no response recd from the co. my certificate no is 1940272.

please suggest me what i will have to do
