Complainant: Mr. Anear Ahmad Khan (09890437517), 60 Kuwari Building, 5th Nizampura, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane. 421302.

Sir,

I had tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000.00 from SBI ATM No. 4213683204013047/ 7122 /320 at Shahjung, Jaunpur, U.P. on 22/11 but my transaction was failed due to machine fault, though the amount was deducted from my account No. 25685 with UNION BANK OF INDIA, BHIWANDI BRANCH. I complained about the same at the concerned branch office, 0n 24/11 & Nariman Point, Mumbai office on 29/11. Even after my repeated complaints, thr amount is not yet deposited in my account.

The same incident was happened on 06/11 also, and against my complaint the failed transaction amount was deposited in my account immediately on 07/11/

This time i am not receiving any response to my complaints from your branch offices. If immediate action is not taken on my complaint, I will knock the doors of consumer court.
