Amount deducted but ticket not booked

Dear Sir/Madam,

Ref: Booking ID - OB650041

I have tried to book my ticket from Adoni to Bangalore online through www.apsrtc.in. There was an error while processing the payment. But the amount got deducted though the ticket was not booked.

I tried calling 040-27617572 and mailing onlinerefund@apsrtc.in which is mentioned in the website for queries and complaints but never connected to the phone and the mail always bounced back.

Please get me the refund of the amount deducted erroneously.
