Money not Refunded after ticket cancellation

Hi,

I booked a ticket Online from Anantapur to Bengaluru for 15th Aug. Then i cancelled it on 10th August. It showed i will get 216/- refund within 5 working days, but its not yet credited to my account. please look into this issue and make sure that i get the refund.
