I am K.Ramesh booked the APSRTC travel ticket though internet on 19.09.2011 from S.R.Nagar to Koyylagudem. Ticket no:4554251. Service No:1346 / KPHB - PVM and travelling date 04.10.11. Seat No:17, 18 &22. Ticket fair 750/-. Due to telagana bandh bus was cancelled. I intimate through customer care no 040-33666999 several time for refund money. complaint given through consumer foram in the month of November. still I unable to get the money.
