APSRTC
Money Deducted but Ticket not booked

Hi,

I booked the ticket through online system provided by APSRTC. Ticket booking was failed for some reason (server busy or something else) but money deducted. They told (mentioned in terms and conditions) that mail to 'onlinerefund@apsrtc.gov.in' with details money will be refunded within 15 days. But i haven't received money/any response from APSRTC till now. It was happned one month back.

Please suggest how to get back my money. The amount is nearly Rs 700 /-.
