When i approached swaroop travels in Kovvur West Godavari dist i want to book tickets from kovvur to Hyderabad by super luxury. the travel agent demanded Rs. 375 for super luxury bus plus rs. 3 for telephone charges for each ticket. when i ask for two tickets he demanded for Rs. 6 for two tickets. Is it authorized by the apsrtc? the agent refuses to book ticket to lb nagar and he said that the ticket issued by rajahmundry staff directly to Hyderabad. the management of rtc is giving trouble to the general public and they are encouraging the agents.
