Miss comittment & not received my cash prize

I, Dhiraj Aggarwal have a subscribe a magazine of india today for 1 year. In the last they have send a coupon for draw. I have fill the coupons and send back to the company.

There after i got a call from company on 17th april. A company representative told me that you have selected for minimum cash prize of Rs. 25, 000. But for this prize you have to purchase minimum shopping of Amount Rs. 10, 000 to Ra. 20, 000.

Then I have ordered a kodak digital cemara and whirlpool micro wave of Amount of Rs. 14590.

I got the products in defective condition in may end and not recieved my cash prize till date.

I have complained so many times to company customer care but they not give regard to my complaints.

Please short out my problem.
