We regret that the subscription gift of Hot Tea Cups and Saucers is not in stock with us that was the only reason of delay in sending the subscription gift to you. We request you to kindly allow us to send you the alternate gift of Airwick Set being offered with Good Housekeeping subscription. Kindly confirm the same so that we can arrange to send you the gift on utmost priority.

1.Let me inform you that India Today Group is still giving the offer of the gift promised to me during the time the subscription was taken. The same can be verified on their website.

2. There substitute offer is not acceptable to me and I demand one year renewal of service as penalty imposed due to poor customer service.
