My name is Arvind Bose. Resident of L-57, mohan garden New Delhi-59. I want to lodge a complaint against my Neighbours, they have blocked the passway for the sewage due to that the water is is accumulating in a particular place. One of the member in the society is suffering from dengue. which is very dangerous. this water which is not moving from the area which is blocked by the neighbours they stay in the same lane 3 or 4 houses away. we have tried a lot but its, difficult to convince them. If this is going to be the condition, it will be very difficult to survive here, my daughter and my wife both got infected from virus, initially we got scared, but later on it got settled.
