Issue of pass-port (Not to be Issued)

Dear sir

We have filed for Divorce and Child custody which are pending in Family court, RR dist; Case OP Nos: 311 and 62 is pending for judgement;

Mother, Sowmya is living at London since 3 years deserting both her husband and child, Sri Samhitha, 5 years old leaving her child to her parents.

To send the child to London to her mother, her father Ramakrishna yellamilli, resident of Vidyanagar, Hyderabad-44 has forged my son's signature. Ramakrishna is working in APSRTC, Rajole, EG Dist.

My son, R.Mahesh Durga Prasad is with us since 3 years.

Requesting the authorities to stop issue of Passport in the name of Sri Samhitha (My son's Child and Grand daughter to me)
