Highly Crowded

We have put our son in YKROK day care center in Inner Ring Road, Bangalore. Despite the huge cost they charge, this place is too crowded. The teacher child ratio is about 12:1 though they claim that its 6:1. Luckily, we have put him only for half-a-day. For three months, we paid around 29k for half-day care and this includes lot of non-refundable deposits. There are some good reviews about this day care in many websites and believed them to be true. Though the teachers are good, there are not enough of them to take care of children. They asked me to be with my son for first day. That head lady acts nicely in front of parents as if she takes care of children so well. My son was 1 year and 8 month old and we put him in Toddler section. They say Art class, Dance class, Free Play time, Rhymes time, etc and etc. But most of the time, the children sit idle and play for themselves and sometimes even fight with each other. The one in HSR Layout seemed to be better then the one in Inner Ring Road... Only advantage is they take care of children between 8 Am to 7:30 PM. So, parents if time is not of a consideration, please dont opt for this school. All that which is said in their websites are totally false. As we have put him for half-day only, we are just waiting for these 3 months to get over so that we can shift him to some better place
