Cheating the customers without paying back the balance

Games N More is famous entertainment place for kids where we have to buy a game card for Rs. 200 of which 50 is refundable and play Rs. 150 for games. Many games of various rates like Rs. 25, Rs. 50. Once i finish my games i went for paying back the remaining amount in the card, the store manager said that Rs. 50 ONLY will be refundable.

I bought for Rs. 200. Played games for Rs. 135 and the balance is Rs. 65. They paid only Rs. 50 and remaining Rs.15 is not paid and said i have to play a game. But there is no games for Rs. 15. To play, i have to recharge and the most horrible part is minimum recharge is Rs. 50. I lost my Rs. 15.

Imagine like this 100s of people are losing the money. Need action against them and need justice for people
