Damage of flat walls due to blowe

Dear Sir

I am a resident of Vidya Nagar, Hyderabad ref H. No 1-9-1114-1117, F No 401, Shobha Pavani Arcade. This is a semi residential complex where first 3 floors including cellar having the shops and restaurants and the other 3 floors are inhabited by residents. The restaurant people have put up a blower on the terrace of my flat to exhaust their kitchen fumes. The vibrations of the 5 HP motor and its iron structure are causing damages to my flat walls and it causes the greatest noise and sound pollution to us. In spite of several requests, the restaurant owner and management have not taken any steps to remove the blower. We request the concerned officials to take a concrete step in this regard and compensate for the damage caused so far.
