Havells ceiling fan

I have purchased a havells ceiling 7 days ago fan from a dealer in barrackpore from gramo radio house.but the dealer is not helping me to get the service.i am very disappointed because the numbers given in the gurrantee card are not valid number of havells pvt limited.this is so disgusting.whenever i call the dealer he always say that the service will be in 48 hours.in this hot summer days is this possible for anyone to live without the fan for 48 hours.please help me out.
