Non replacement of battery

I have purchased your product prior to more than six month, and in last week I had contacted your customer care centre no.9223600600 for replacement of my battery kit, I have ordered there for replacement and I have received sms stating the no. IS10/AUR2080-5176 and further stated in it that your request will be done within few days. But till now nobody from your company had been to me, its very serious thing. I have again tried to contact to your helpline 9223600600 and 1860180100 on today, but there is no response. Pls. do some needful
