Illegal towering in janta flat

I want your Attention towards illegal mobile tower installed on top floor of BC-48C (Janta Flats), Shalimar Bagh which is already in use for the past 2 years. On its installation a complaint was lodged with MCD. The tower is in up gradation and even after behaving unwillingly, the neighbours are not showing any positive response to our threats. I want you to look into the matter and take corrective actions.
