Battery drains avery now and than

The Battery was found to be draining off in very short time, and the battery was under warranty. we have our warranty card as well tooo.

The battery was sent to Ashish Enterprises Tel : 9323196937 / 24315017 For check, they had found it okay and send it back only by charging it, and they had also charged 50/- which we have paid. After a week the battery drained off, and when we called up the statement given was, that the battery was not charged properly and the not enough water was filled in it, but the battery was charged at there end (Ashish Enterprises). Now we had checked in some service station the battery was found to be total dead.

Now the battery is not under warranty, can you please explain that we have to do
