STILL UNSUCESSFUL

My grandmother's younger brother Krishnagopal Bishwambharlal Maheshwari also a trustee of Saraswatibai Bishwambharlal Chaity Trust has been unsuccessful in getting me evicted from my residence at 19 Maheshwari Mansion, 34 Nepean Sea Road, Mumbai 400 036. He has used several provisions of Indian Easement Act, Hindu Succession Act, Presidency Small Causes Act, Criminal Procedure Code and Indian Penal Code since 1992. His malafide intentions were brought to the fore when the Bombay High Court appointed Court Receiver in respect of my residential flat in 1995. Presently he is being represented by his Constituted Attorney Mr. Anirudh Bhatt who is holding the post of Secretary of Saraswatibi Bishwambharlal Charity Trust. Earlier he got me confined in my house, tried to get me murdered in the kitchen of my house and also tried to destroy evidence by causing illegal additions and alterations in my house. To get himelf out of the allegations levelled against him, he transferred the rent receipt of my flat illegally in 1992..
