Landmark vtech baby products not working

I bought one vtech baby product from Chennai Spencer's landmark, i bought it on 23/04at around 2o clock .. i tried that product at around 8o clock after i reached my home, its NOT working... and i see its a faulty product. It looks like its already used by some people .. Battery inserting Place is totally damaged and its NOT at all working. I felt BAD about it, and its gonna waste my 2299rs init. :-(

I am going Landmark NOW to Check whether they going to replace / return back my money.

Lets hope... i will update here after i reach my home!
