Sir,

On 17.6.2011 I wanted to draw cash Rs.20, 000 from SBI ATM Dondaparthi Branch, Visakhapatnam. While drawing Nos.20 Rs.500 rupee notes have come out from ATM machine. While holding I could hold only 31 notes only and the remaining notes 9 nos. worth Rs.4500 went inside the machine. Immediately I lodged a complaint in SBI, Maharanipet Branch, Visakhapatnam wherfe I had my SB account. The complaint was lodged and a number has come to my mobile bearing complaint No. AT7541647178. However I have not received my money so far inspite of my repeated requests and a long waiting.

I there request you to look into the matter and kindly credit my amount to my account No.10849928632

at the earliest possible.
